PHRF-ELI Certificate

Payment can be done online or by sending a check in the mail.

If you pay online and are not the owner of the boat, please add the owner's name and the name of the boat into the "Add special instructions to the seller section" on the bottom of the payment page

But whichever way you make payment, the signed & completed PHRF/ELI form (available on the PHRF/ELI website which is www.PHRFELI.org) must also be either emailed or snail mailed to Tony Dill, following the directions for the form (also available on the PHRF/ELI website).

If you Type info into the form, do a "save as" before trying to attach it in an email.
